While others in North America are wrapped up in net zero debate, Capital Power are zeroing in on leading the transition. While optimizing delivery of reliable and affordable power today, they are building decarbonised power systems for tomorrow, and creating net zero power solutions for the future. Capital Power are uniquely focussed on a balanced, pragmatic, and ultimately successful approach to the energy transition. Our challenge was to cut through the noise of the net zero debate and instil belief in Capital Power as the leading North American power producer of the future.
Cutting through the noise
And cut through the noise we did. Bold, succinct messaging is utilised throughout to instil belief in readers that Capital Power are ready to lead the energy transition. Of course, this must be backed up by evidence. The report uses intuitive infographics to deliver information on how Capital Power is set up for success, and progress is communicated clearly through data visualisation.
The leaders of the energy transition require a leading approach. That is why in our second year working with Capital Power, we transitioned to a digital-first reporting approach. Switching to a landscape orientation and injecting a sense of movement through design to modernise the report.

The 2023 report marks a significant step forward. It is a concise and engaging window into Capital Power. By focussing on who Capital Power are, what they stand for, and how they are going about the energy transition with clarity and transparency, this report brings readers on board. Ultimately, creating belief in Capital Power as the leading North American power producer of the future.
