Recently, our brand director Jennifer Pyne was invited to speak to Toby Mildon on the ‘Inclusive Growth Show’. Toby is a Diversity and Inclusion Architect, and the founder of Mildon, a consultancy and advisory. He works alongside businesses to re-engineer processes and systems to minimise the impact of bias and build a culture of inclusion. 

The ‘Inclusive Growth Show’ focuses on how organisations can grow by being more diverse and inclusive. Following the launch of our 'Demystifying D&I' research at the D&I Leaders Global Forum in January, Jennifer spoke to Toby about some of our findings, the D&I needs of clients and the ‘self fulfilling faux-pas’. And in in the current climate, it’s even more critical to ensure your comms don’t alienate or leave anyone behind.
