At Radley Yeldar, we create ideas that inspire change. Real change. We do it by balancing insight with imagination and craft with creativity. It’s why we get up in the morning. Over the last 30 years or so, we’ve done this in thousands of ways for some of the world’s most interesting businesses. The brand creative team is responsible for all things brand engagement, including marketing, campaigns, identities, and sustainability. Together, we create award-winning, idea-driven work for clients including GSK, Google, The International Labour Organisation, WRAP and Recycle Now.
Our designers are hands-on throughout the creative process, interested in learning from and contributing to the wider creative arts community, and above all, responding to client briefs with fresh thinking and enthusiasm.
We’re looking for a mid-weight designer to join our growing brand and campaigns team. We’re not looking for reems of experience, or a certain kind of background – we’re after someone who is going to add their own unique perspectives to our world. You’ll of course have an equal love and passion for beautifully executed design and compelling ideas. And, you’ll be keen to learn from and collaborate with the diverse range of thinkers we have here at RY – everyone from filmmakers to strategists, writers and, of course, other designers too.
• A portfolio brimming with original ideas, that are beautifully executed.
• Being able to talk confidently and clearly about your work is also a must.
• You’ve worked for at least two years in the industry.
• You’re skilled in the use of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• A knowledge of Sketch, After Effects and Figma is an advantage.
• You can demonstrate your thinking in digital settings.
• You can demonstrate your thinking in motion settings.
• You can produce creative and original ideas with appropriate themes that accurately answer the brief and connect with the audience.
