We have an exciting new opening available for a senior consultant to start September 28th (or earlier) for a three month contract. The senior consultant will lead and support the delivery of a broad range of internal communications, employee engagement for one of our major clients. In particular facilitating and leading projects in day to day comms campaigns, D&I campaigns, health and wellbeing campaigns, digital transformation campaigns and working with COVID campaigns.

Essential skills for this role include:

  • Solid experience as a consultant (agency experience required)
  • Exceptional knowledge of Employee Experience (sometimes known as Employee Engagement)
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of;
    • How to deliver winning solutions in internal communications and culture transformation
    • How the creative process works
    • The current EX hot topics – ie D&I, Health and Wellbeing, rebuilding culture re. CV-19
  • Create well-written, clear and informative presentations / proposals
  • Be a confident presenter to both client and RY teams
  • Represent RY with confidence and professionalism at all times
  • Good technical knowledge of EX issues and internal comms strategies
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Ability to work with consultants, creatives and client service teams alike to deliver standout creative solutions for GSK
  • An understanding of how to positively influence / transform large workforce cultures

You will be reporting to RY’s Consulting Director and work in close collaboration with Employee Experience specialists, creatives and client services.
