Are you looking for a short-term PM freelance role where you can work from home or a London-based office flexibly?

We are looking for a Project Manager to come on board to our 15-strong Stakeholder Engagement Project Management team to assist with the day to day running of 2 major Annual Reports. Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- discussing the design proofs with Designers and scheduling/running daily WIPs

- mediating amends between internal team and the clients

- overseeing the smooth running of the delivery in to artwork (we use Ctrl Print)

- project commercials (via our internal Business information system), including running burn reports

- managing resource and making amends to short- and long-term requirements

- Liaising with our digital team for Online report delivery

You'll be working on a day to day basis with Strategists, designers, artworkers and of course, our clients.

The first client is a FTSE 250 logistics company and the second is a FTSE betting firm. We have established relationships with both clients and have delivered reports for them successfully in previous seasons.

After a permanent team member leaves us mid-season, we are looking for a solid PM with annual reporting experience to join our friendly team for 2-3 months to oversee the reporting delivery through to print stage.

Immediate start with a view to contract until mid-April. This role will be Inside IR35.
