Who we are /
Take away our people and what have you got? A few desks, a nice building… No, however you look at it, our people are what makes us, well, us. And with everyone from an ex-Olympic athlete to a playwright, a cheese fanatic and a big, scary kung fu expert, it's fair to say our roll call is nothing if not varied.
I'm a designer, an image-maker, a creator, a storyteller, a messenger and a problem-solver - the 'Mr Benn' of the design world. My passion is solving problems using whatever means work best, and making sure my solutions turn both heads and pages.
My obsession with problem solving doesn't stop at RY's front door - at weekends I'm thinking about the next house project I can get my hands on. Designers, hey?
I'm the guy who tracks social media trends and best practice at RY, so logging on to Facebook is all part of my work. It's a dirty job but someone has to do it.
When I'm not on Facebook or TweetDeck I'm leading the front-line for Glory, RY's five-a-side football team. Outside of work I'm into sampling London's amazing cultural scene and exploring adventurous travel destinations.
I work with clients to devise reports that communicate their story in print and online. As Head of Corporate Reporting I also orchestrate all our research in reporting legislation, best practice and trends, as well as audience needs - all of which helps the effectiveness of our clients' reporting.
Outside of ry I've always been involved in sports and arts. With 3 kids I'm also now viewing sports from the touchline, boundary and poolside.
I'm an assistant project manager and work alongside Simon and Carl doing anything and everything - pitches, new biz work and of course the day-to-day client stuff. In my spare time I'm a student at the IATE, so I don't really have a life. I am obsessed with other people, food, Facebook, music, festivals, movies, building cranes, cars, moss and dinosaurs.
I've been in the printing industry for over 40 years, working my way through 20 companies. In that time I've been a compositor, proofreader, day manager, night manager and managing director.
Come the weekend my hobbies are horseracing, art and drinking, although not necessarily in that order.
I'm the RY office manager. I look after Health and Safety, the building, maintenance, and provide admin support to the board and our brand teams. In a previous life I worked as administrator for the Prison Administration in Iceland - ideal preparation for life at RY.
In my spare time I'm an acupuncturist, and enjoy cycling, surfing, running and anything that involves being outdoors.
I'm a client manager, so I'm our clients' representative within the business, looking after their interests and making sure they get the very best out of RY.
On the rare occasions I'm not chained to my desk I look after my garden, drive my sports car and enjoy a spot of ballet or theatre.
Having spent the best part of 24 years in the world of corporate reporting, it's fair to say I find the daily challenge very rewarding. For me, client happiness is directly related to my own. Away from RY I enjoy listening to live music - it's great to find new bands and catch them in a small venue.
At weekends, you'll find me watching my boys playing football, the perfect excuse for me to avoid my wife's never-ending 'to-do' lists.
I've over 20 years' experience in the branding and communications world. I joined RY in June 2010 as European Business Development Manager. Before that I worked in a number of leading consultancies.
When I'm not hard at work I love yacht racing, taking part in races to France and the Channel Islands.
I've worked in the design business for 31 years, moving from design to client services. I look after all aspects of projects, coordinating the efforts of the other team members and working with clients to make sure everything is delivered on time and on budget.
I have a Master's in Fine Art, and I've exhibited at the Royal Academy. I've been interviewed by Eammon Holmes on the 'This Morning' sofa and been in a movie with Richard Gere.
I'm a digital project manager by trade and digital enthusiast by nature. I've been working in the online world since 2002 and I love it. I really enjoy being a project manager as I get to help everyone deliver excellent stuff. In my spare time I practice my skills as a foodie and gourmet chef. I also love travelling and hiking - I've travelled the globe doing some the world's best treks. I've not conquered Everest yet, but it's on my list.
I help organisations connect with their workforces in a way that stimulates all kinds of growth - organic, strategic, financial, emotional, geographic and more. I throw my heart and soul into every project, which is why you'll often see me in a Zen-like trance on a Friday evening.
Outside of RY, my life is all about children and music. I'm a classical pianist and have also been an opera producer.#

I'm in charge of sourcing print and any other materials we need to tell our stories. My style of dealing with suppliers tends to mean we always get the best out of them.
Outside of work, I like walking my dogs and drinking fine wines. I'm also partial to rubbish wines as well.
It's my job to make sure all our stuff actually gets made. That includes print, digital, video - you name it. I've been running operations in communications for over 20 years now so there isn't much that gets past me.
I love rugby and coach minis (it's much safer than playing myself). I'm also likely to burst into song and then quickly realise I only know two lines.
