Towering achievements at 2011 IR Society Best Practice Awards

23 November 2011

The Crown Estate and TT Electronics were both celebrating success last night after picking up awards for outstanding corporate reporting at the IR Society Best Practice Awards held at the fantastic new Pavilion at the Tower of London.

The Crown Estate  received the award for 'Best Annual Report by an unlisted entity' whilst TT electronics received the award for 'Most effective overall Annual Report (printed and online):Small Cap and AIM'

Now in their 10th year, the Best Practice Awards were created to encourage best practice in communications through the web site. The Society has extended the awards to include both on-line and printed communication in key areas of the business review.

The IR Society encourages adoption of best practice and honours those companies that lead the way in the practice of investor communication. It is hoped that the winners and other shortlisted companies will provide a benchmark against which other companies can measure their own IR activities.

In addition to these awards, several other RY clients received nominations. They included: Berendsen; Givaudan; Hochschild Mining; Marks & Spencer; and NextFifteen.

We would like to congratulate our clients on their successful award wins and nominations, and also all the other companies who received recognition at these influencial awards.

More information on the awards can be found on the IR Society website.
