Bringing your stories to life through animation
30 March 2012 10:00am – 12:30pm
Animation is a great storytelling tool
that often appeals much more readily to a broad range of audiences
than other forms of moving image. It is particularly useful for
visualising and explaining new ideas, strategies or concepts in an
engaging, memorable and brand-friendly way.
Animation is also a very flexible
tool. It can overcome many of the difficulties associated with
filming - cost, logistics, timing and so on - as well as readily
lending itself to crossing language/cultural barriers. This event
explains the potential of animation, how to get started, who's
doing it well (and not so well) and how to translate animation into
ROI. Practical and inspiring information for anyone commissioning
film or video.
