The challenge
With a new brand and a desire to gain more recognition for the
good work they do, Legal & General Group asked us to help them
communicate their opinions about non-financial issues. They were
also interested to find out how online tools might be used to
create engagement in a way that was consistent with their brand
principles.
Our solution
We developed a message-led online communication that foregrounds
the issues that matter most to Legal & General - from good
corporate governance to health trends. Our client also wanted to
test whether the issues that the organisation cared about were
consistent with the view of its stakeholders, so we built an online
survey tool and a feedback portal into the fabric of the site. We
delivered a solution that works as an engagement tool, and as a
mechanism to deliver the detail of policies and performance -
meaning the site functions as both piece of communication and an
annual report.
