Capita is the UK's leading outsourcing company and touch the lives of 33 millions people across the private and public sectors. We manage their visual identity and create a range of communications that help Capita maintain a powerful presence in all their markets.

That presence starts with the Capita brand. As part of our ongoing relationship we continually review and evolve the way Capita present themselves. This section tells the full story of our work with Capita; this page gives you a quick summary.

We recently created a new corporate brand for Capita, including introducing a future-proof migration strategy for new organisations joining the Capita portfolio. As well as a unique typeface and new logo, we also introduced a fresh visual language that focussed on Capita's greatest asset - its people.

Building on this we made Capita's corporate website more accessible and search engine-friendly. The result demonstrates their huge range of capabilities and keeps Capita in touch with its stakeholders.

Finally, we must mention Capita's award-winning annual reports. For the last nine years they've set the standard in the service sector and we're proud to say we've worked on every one. To keep things fresh we stay resolutely focussed on the messages that really matter. For example, their 2010 report highlights Capita's range of services through a series of mini case studies liberally sprinkled throughout the report, turning a statutory requirement into an effective piece of marketing for the investment community. It seems to work: the result was awarded "Annual Report of the Year" in the CIMA Annual Awards 2010 and short listed for the Strategic Planning Society Awards for strategic value added by a FTSE 100 company.
