Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) were switching to a Gmail-based cloud computing model for their email. They came to us for a creative way of communicating this huge step forward for them from both a technical and cultural perspective to their 25,000 staff around the world.

IHG's people were distinctly lukewarm about the impending migration, so we focussed on finding an eye-catching, engaging way of overcoming their scepticism. The result was a charming animated piece called "We're going Google" that explained the benefits of the new Gmail system in an appealing, accessible way.

Working closely with IHG's comms team, we helped develop their warm and approachable script, whilst retaining a focus on the very real benefits the switchover would bring to IHG employees.

The result worked beautifully and proved a big hit.
