Home Retail Group have a whole range of sustainability initiatives on the go - everything from sourcing with care to being a good neighbour. Not only are they doing their bit to protect the environment, but Home Retail Group also realise that what's good for the planet can also be good for business.

It's this enlightened position that our suite of short films aims to articulate. We set out to really get under the skin of each project, showing the human side to sustainability and how ordinary employees can make a big difference.

This particular example features two intrepid Home Retail Group people talking about their successes in encourage school kids to grow their own veg. We used a tiny crew and a highly photographic observational filming style to let their personalities come through loud and clear. The result is immediate, natural and highly engaging, a hundred miles from the pedestrian approach taken by most corporate sustainability offerings. We'd like to say we scripted the joke at the end, but we're not that clever.
