The challenge
This is a major engagement programme for Network Rail, reaching all of their 33,000 staff over a year. This was a complicated task requiring the embedding of a culture of safety across Network Rail, engaging staff who are experts in safety already and others such as HR and Accounts, for whom safety is a new concept.

The solution
We created the campaign and a series of management cascade communications that include a detailed workshop plan, associated powerpoint presentation and facilitation guides.

Our work
We are currently defining how the cascade will continue to all frontline staff. A core part of the communication is a diagram that we created in-house that which shows all of the possible implications for safety in one simple schematic drawing as a briefing aid.
