The challenge
Arup is a global firm of designers, engineers, planners and
business consultants providing a diverse range of professional
services to clients around the world. The firm has almost 9,000
staff working in 86 offices in more than 37 countries. Its
corporate website, Arup.com, exists to attract, inspire, inform and
ultimately convert visitors into customers, employees and
advocates. There were a number of issues to tackle with the
existing site. The site was difficult and inconsistent to navigate,
with the result that visitors missed potentially relevant
information.
Our solution
Our new website delivers a wholly new online experience that
represents Arup's business, services and people. Using online
innovation in a uniquely Arup way, delivering a best of breed
browsing experience. It also extends the reach of Arup.com to new
audiences, distributing content beyond the confines of the site.
Radley Yeldar have delivered the underlying strategy for the new
online presence and thereafter the IA, design, front and back end
development.
