We are over the moon to have been named 4th best large company to work for in Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2019, announced yesterday.
Radley Yeldar also placed 25th out of the 50 agencies who were in the overall ranking, out of all of three categories; large, medium and small companies.
It’s the first time we’ve entered the annual competition, which makes this success particularly exciting. Campaign reports this year on “growing evidence that more companies are promoting open and inclusive workplaces where staff are encouraged to speak up and take time for themselves when their wellbeing isn’t at its peak.”
RY is proud of the Culture Club, which seeks to address this directly, and serve as a platform where people can raise difficult issues with a guarantee that they will be discussed at board level.
In its own words, Campaign’s Best Places to Work celebrates the employers that have proven they know what it takes to create environments where people love to come to work. The programme is open to all publicly or privately held organisations within the ad agency, ad tech, media and marketing industries.
The two-part assessment process collected and analysed information about a company’s benefits, policies, practices and other general information. RY employees were then asked to share their experience of working at RY in the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey.
