In partnership with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), we have
looked at 40 international companies that use GRI Guidelines to try
and understand how new digital technologies are shaping
sustainability reporting.
The research looks at online reporting from a variety of
perspectives – from the mechanics of format and functionality, to
the shift from ‘a report’ to ‘reporting’ that can occur when
content moves from print to online. The research is available to
view online now at: www.sustainabilityreportingonline.com
This event will be hosted by Tom Rotherham, Head of Corporate
Responsibility at Radley Yeldar, and Sean Gilbert, Technical
Director at the Global Reporting Initiative. The event follows the
publication of our
Trends in
online sustainability reporting research in May 2009.
As well as providing and overview of the research, this event will
also explore the implications of a shift to digital reporting might
- both for have on sustainability reporting in general and for a
reporting standard such as GRI.
We'd also like to gather feedback from you, the people producing
Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Reports, to inform our
future research on this topic.
