I lead RY's sustainability team. Over the last 10 years I've seen the awareness of the sustainability agenda grow in leaps and bounds, although there's still more to do. I'm part of the faculty of Cambridge University's Programme for Sustainability Leadership, and helped set up the UK's largest local currency scheme, the "Lewes Pound".

I live near lovely Lewes with my wife and three children and I'm a keen, if talentless, guitarist.
