I do branding. My job is to figure out what makes a business tick, what makes it special and how all this can be brought to life. I've been doing this for about 20 years and I can't think of a better way of bringing home the bacon.

Before that I ran a postgraduate design course, where my job was essentially to help my students find simple answers to complex challenges and, along the way, achieve their best. I guess some things don't change.
